this is a small vintage hardcover Illustrated children's book from 1956 called frisker. the book is written by Mary lauer nowak and the pictures and illustrations are by Leonard shortall. fisker was a little black and white puppy that lived in a kennel with other dogs everyday people came to see them and frisker wanted so much to be chosen. along with the story are colorful unique illustrations to go with it. all the pages of the book are intact. the inside title page and the inside back cover have pencil and crayon markings on them. the outside cover is worn around the edges and corners and the outer paper spine is worn away. the cover is also discolored from age
