Original first edition book, Pictures and Biographies of Brigham Young and His Wives. Published by James H. Crockwell, printed by the Press of Geo. G. Cannon & Sons Co., Salt Lake City. This 56-page soft cover 5.25” x 7” testament book, tied with ribbon, has b/w photographs & biographies of 20 of President Young’s 55 wives. Young, also pictured, was the second president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The book is in good used condition as pictured. Copyright is pending, but it was published in 1895 or 96. It includes eight photographs of the Salt Lake Temple and other Mormon sites plus four advertisements, including Union Pacific and Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. A wonderful historical collection book.
