In very good condition. Box has been tested and boots into menus. Internet access was verified. Remote works. Ports work.
Some menu selections link to Taiwanese programming and could not be tested because of my US location. Menus are in Chinese but can be changed to other languages.
Comes with EVPAD PLUS Box, Remote Control, USB power cable (required USB power supply), and HDMI cable. No box or instructions are included.
Box has been reset to factory settings. Rubber feet have been replaced.
