New 3DS tested and works. Shell has some scuffs/scratches. Top screen has some light scuffs but nothing major, the bottom has no scratches.
Includes a usb charger, black stylus, and a 32gb SD card. The sd card has a few games downloaded, including hshop. Also has a few custom themes installed.
Please note, this is a Japanese console but firmware has been changed to English. Plays English games with no problem. Works just like an English model.
