The controller is not working properly. It can turn on when plugged in but the right analog stick is constantly inputting down. The rest of the buttons function but the controller is not usable because of the right analog stick constantly inputting. The battery does not charge. There are a couple of small pieces rattling around inside. No charge cable is included.
