PS3 model CECH-3001a. Tested, it turns on, but the hdmi port is loose. It DOES NOT come with the AC adapter or an HDMI cord. It comes with one (non-working) controller. I plugged the controller in and it would work briefly before turning back off. Not sure if this is just because I didn't wait long enough for it to charge or if there's an actual issue but I'm just being safe and saying it's broken. There is also a small chip in the controller.
So, to recap, you are reciving:
(1) PS3 Slim with a loose HDMI port.
(1) non-working/for parts official PS3 controller.
(1) official controller charging cable.
You ARE NOT reciving:
any AC adapter
any HDMI cable
